Nature of Products

All products sold on our website are digital downloadable products, including but not limited to files, codes, templates, documents, or other digital resources.

No physical goods are sold or shipped.

Returns

Due to the nature of digital products:

❌ Returns are not accepted
❌ Exchanges are not possible

Once a digital product is downloaded or access is provided, it is considered delivered and used.

Refund Policy (Strict No Refund)

All purchases made on SKVB Technologies are final and non-refundable.

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

• Change of mind after purchase

• Accidental or wrong purchase

• Incompatibility with your system, software, or platform

• Lack of technical knowledge to use the product

• Failure to read product description or requirements

Once the digital file is delivered or download access is granted, no refund requests will be entertained.

Duplicate Payments

In case of a duplicate payment for the same product, customers must contact us within 24 hours of the transaction.
Such cases will be reviewed and resolved at our discretion after verification.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Raising a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in:

• Immediate suspension of access

• Permanent restriction from future purchases

• Submission of delivery and download proof to the payment gateway
